Hey Everyone...

I guess this isn't a holiday card LOL.  I love it anyway.  This card has some inspiration from a sweet friend of mine, Jennie Garcia Bones from Earthy Scrap.  You should go check out her blog...she is one talented lady. Thank you Miss Jennie.

CardzTV Stamps - Encouraging Thoughts

PopUp Neighborhood - Balloon cut at 4.88 on Gypsy or cut at 4.75 without Gypsy

Card size - 4.25 x 5.5

Banner - Cut 3/4 x 1 inch strips and notched them out by hand as well as the sentiment banner.

Paper - Recollections Bold Basics, background mat from my friend Sheree, and Echo Park
