Hi Everyone....
Our challenge this week was a toughy to interpret but I love a challenge.  I love Barry Manilow.  Yes I said it...I am a FANILOW.  There is not one song that I don't like of  his.  I've been a fan for a long time but if I had to pick one of his songs....it would be Mandy.  I printed out the lyrics to Mandy and made that the base of my card....cut out the letters on my Gypsy and made the piano by cutting out rectangles from George.  I hope you enjoy.  Have a great weekend.

Pause Dream Enjoy 52 Tags - Last Major Purchase

Hi Everyone....
This week in the adventure of 52 tags in 2012 our challenge was to make a card with our last or next major purchase.  Well...our last major purchase was 4 years ago when we built our new home.  What a blessing and a nightmare LOL.  Getting our house built was like pulling teeth.  Nothing was getting done on time and things had to be redone...little did we know that the company that was building our house was getting ready to go out of business.  Ours was probably one of the last 10 they built.  I'm so thankful it was finished.  We customized it to our needs.  I had my craftroom in mind when I had all the recessed lighting put in and all the electrical outlets.  I even had them put an electrical outlets under each window so I could plug in my candles and I also had outlets added to the outside and under the roof for Christmas lights.  The company said they've never seen so much electricity installed in a house ever LOL.  I'm so glad it's ours :)

Easter Card Video Using CardzTV Easter Blessing Stamps

Pause Dream Enjoy 52 Tags - Green as the main color

Hello Everyone....
This week on Pause Dream Enjoy's 52 Tags in 2012 the theme was to make the main color green.  I originally thought this is really going to be a challenge for me...but as I was working along I saw how pretty all the greens looked together.  Even though this isn't completely monochromatic, it makes me want to do more projects that are.  Thank you again Janis for allowing me to be a part of this.  I am just journaling away on the back and it will be interesting to read through all of it when the year is through.

Pause Dream Enjoy 52 Tags - Last or next vacation theme

Hello Everyone....
This week for my DT project our tag theme is our last or next vacation.  This was our last vacation and I'm not exactly sure how many years ago this was...but I do have wonderful memories of our visit in Gatlinburg and Pigeon TN.  We rented a cabin, went to see the Comedy Barn and the Dixie Stamped.  We did lots of shopping...it was great fun.  One night in our cabin, Carl was playing pool and I heard something that sounded like a loud muffler.  Of course we were high  up on a mountain so that would have been a little unusual...so Carl stopped playing and we went up and out on our balcony and discovered that it was a bear.  We were pretty sceered LOL.  So we just called it a night and stayed in our room....nice and quiet.  This tag reminds me of our memories.  I hope you enjoy.  Have a great weekend.
