Here's a little card I did for a challenge I'm entering with my friend Sheree over at bootsandblingtime.blogspot.com.

The challenge is by bittenbythebug2 to use an overlay. I used CardzTV stamps Farmyard Funnies, raindrops overlay (Silhouette store #41260) and duck with umbrella (Silhouette store #17494).  Here is my project:

First I want to wish my oldest son Scott a very Happy Birthday.  He is 29 today.  His birthday was one of the happiest days of my life.  I love you hon.

This hop is more about awareness. Awareness for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome ( PCOS).
September just happens to be PCOS awareness month as well as Amanda’s Birthday.
The ribbon color for this just happens to be Teal. So we are hopping along today to celebrate a birthday as well as bring awareness for PCOS.

Here is some information about Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.

• Between 1 in 10 and 1 in 20 women of childbearing age has PCOS. As many as 5 million women in the United States may be affected. It can occur in girls as young as 11 years old.
• The cause of PCOS is unknown.
• There is no cure for PCOS

Challenge #35 "Celebrate the Harvest"

Hello Everyone...
How's are you all doing?  I love Fall.  It's my very favorite season.  Anything to do with Fall, I love.  The Pumpkin Spice Latte's at Starbucks, the pumpkins, leaves turning colors, bon fires.  You name it...LOVE!!  LOL.  So anyways...I'll be honest...I like this card BUT I wish my tractor had been bigger...but then it wouldn't have fit on an A2 size card.  I may have to work with it later ;o)
On to the challenge.  This week we are celebrating the harvest.  So...make a card, scrapbook layout or any other project that celebrates the harvest of all the veggies, fruits, whatever that have been grown over the summer.  Just go over to Mary's blog and link your project at the end of her post.  The last day to enter is September 19th.

CardzTV Challenge #24 "Color Pop"

Hello Everyone....
How's life?  Right at this moment...I'm in a great mood.  I had such a good time making this card.  It was different for me.  Right now I seem to be interested in stepping outside the box (but staying in my comfort zone LOL).  Also, I just recently made a video and put it on YouTube (susan.sugarbaker44) and I'd like to get better at making how-to videos.  They are really fun.  So anywho...onto the challenge...
This weeks challenge is called "Color Pop".  Us design team girls made projects that are black and white with a POP of yellow.  I thought I'd see a lot of bumble bees....but didn't see a one LOL.  So, in order to enter this challenge...you'll need to make a card, layout or any craft project using black, white and POP of yellow.  Just go over to Mary's blog and link your project at the end of her post.  The last day to enter is September 5th.

Hey Everyone...

Welcome to another CardzTV challenge. We're so happy you decided to join us this week for a brand new, fun challenge! This weeks challenge is a tribute to Father's.  You will need to make a project that has to do with Father's Day.  My dad loves Father's Day.  I always try to let him know just how special he is to me.  My dad is 87 years old and even though he's not able to walk very well...he still loves to get out and use his riding mower to mow their yard.  He wears his straw hat and chews his Levi Garrett (which that's gross LOL).  But I love my dad so much.  So here's a look at his Father's day card I made.  He will love it.  He was a Navy man in WWII.  Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Hi Everybody,
Happy Memorial Day.  I'm proud to be an American and proud and thankful for the men and women who serve our country to keep us safe and free.  I'm thankful to my husband TSgt. Carl Pollock, retired. Formerly of the 333rd FS at Seymour Johnson AFB in Goldsboro, NC.  He served his country for 20 years.
Today I made a card using Rise & Shine from Lettering Delights and CardzTV stamps Farmyard Funnies.  My friend Sheree should be posting a card later with her cow card as well.
